RAMEN KIT TO GO

Each kit contains:

  • Raw noodles

  • Broth (some bowls contain garnishes meant to be reheated together)

  • 60 Minute Egg

  • Greens, Pickled Vegetables, Crispy Crunchies, Sauces and Scallions (these are added to our bowls cold)

** Hot and Spicy kits will have their garnish packed separately in cups. This can be reheated in the broth or separately with a small amount of water.

***The Fried Chicken Ramen and Bacon Ramen will contain proteins wrapped in foil that are meant to be reheated separately in the oven.

STEPS TO PREPARE

  1. Unpack you’re your ramen kit and set aside Greens, Pickles, Crunchies, Sauces and Scallions

  2. If you have foil-wrapped ingredients, preheat your oven to 350 degrees

  3. Bring UNSALTED water to boil

    • 3 quarts for 1-2 portions of noodles; 5 quarts for portions of 3 or more

  4. When your oven has reached 350 degrees, uncover your foil-wrapped ingredients and transfer to an oven-safe tray. Reheat, turning periodically, until heated through. About 8-10 minutes.

  5. In another saucepan, add your Broth and bring gently to a simmer then turn off the heat

  6. Blanch noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes and 15 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds. Strain them and add them back to your bowl.

  7. Bring your broth back to a simmer and add the 60-Minute Egg to broth, Turn off the heat, allowing about 30 seconds for egg to heat through.

  8. Pour your broth gently over the noodles and fluff with a fork or tongs to separate any that may be stuck together.

  9. Arrange other ingredients to sit on top. Add the cold ingredients and sauces that were set aside earlier.
